This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which services provided by Noventra Labs Ltd may be cancelled.
1. General Policy
By entering into an agreement with Noventra Labs Ltd, you agree to a fixed-term contract for the duration outlined in your selected plan (e.g. 24 or 36 months).
Due to the nature of our services and pricing model, cancellations are subject to the terms below.
2. No Cooling-Off Cancellation (After Work Begins)
- Work begins after the first upfront payment is made
- Once work has started, the agreement is considered active and binding
- Clients cannot cancel simply to avoid remaining payments
3. Early Cancellation by Client
If a client wishes to cancel before the end of the contract:
- The remaining balance of the contract becomes immediately payable, OR
- A settlement fee may be agreed at our discretion
Until full payment is made:
- Ownership of the website or system will not transfer
4. Non-Payment = Cancellation by Breach
Failure to make payments will be treated as a breach of contract, not a valid cancellation.
In this case, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend services
- Take the website offline
- Remove access to systems and portals
- Retain ownership of all work
- Pursue outstanding payments
5. Cancellation by Noventra Labs Ltd
We reserve the right to cancel services if:
- The client breaches these terms
- The client engages in abusive, illegal, or inappropriate behaviour
- Required information or communication is not provided
In such cases:
- No refunds will be issued
- Outstanding payments may still be due
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We may, at our sole discretion, allow cancellation or partial refunds in exceptional circumstances.
This is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
- The website or system may be taken offline
- Access to any services or portals will be revoked
- All rights to the work remain with Noventra Labs Ltd until full payment is received
